Well I don't make cakes much but do love frosting and i only buy ice cream in pints...i will go for a spoon of cream cheese icing....How about mahi mahi fish tacos grilled not fried?

Swordfish is best totally fresh..i would eat that....with a lemon caper butter sauce...mmmmmmmm....How about sauted bay scallops in a screaming hot pan first dusted with a little Cajun seasoning and when they are done lemon squeezed all over them?

Yes to a Philly cheese steak sandwich but I am sure I haven't ever really had a great one yet living on the West Coast.....How about those tempura battered shrimp heads you can get at sushi restaurants? They are good if you don't look at them when you eat them as they are looking back at you... ha ha..... very good shrimp flavor though!
