It is okay... but the Greeks do it a special way that they bake it and pour brandy over it, then light it aflame and douse it with lemon juice. You then eat it with crackers... as it is soft and gooey... that is yummmmm

I could tell you many of the unusual and wonderful things I have had because I befriended a Sushi chef and he gave me things that were reserved only for the die-hard Japanese customers. Things that most American palettes could not even begin to cope with. Yet, I loved all of them, well most, there were only a few that I could not handle.
A Volcano Roll
Diced Shrimp with a Hot Mayo, on Sushi Rice wrapped with Sea Weed then Baked until the top of the Shrimp was golden.
