If this is a new thing there must've been some changes. I wonder how this affects Paltalk for example where members can stream songs into the room. You can play them off of your harddive, CDs, even from another online streaming source. With a good sound card you can be a DJ.

And they go across the world. What now, people in other countries can play music but we can't ? Or is it that we can't listen ? Or what ?

And if it gets down to that point, where the lines between commercial and private use are blurred, will we eventually have to count heads in our house when we turn the TV on, what about car radios then ? Then would paasenger vans have to pay more than economy cars ? Then I guess people with bigger houses would have to pay more.

I think this shit, if they ever get to really enforce it, will clog the court system up to the point where they will have to back down.
