George Washington University Hospital is in Washington DC. Point two, people have hearts in Pakistan and I am betting there are some pretty good surgeons there.

Ive had surgery from a pakistani doctor, and he was in toronto...Indian too, altho that was in the UK, marvellous chap Ive had a chinese doctor deliver two of my children. Ive an english gynaecologist and a greek urologist. Honestly you need to re read the thing a little more closely Hunky

Lucy- I do not mean the type of DR- I mean that the hospital is in Pakistan. They do not have the same standard of care the CA/US does. It sounds like the dude was on medical tourism.

And yes, each country usually has at least one hospital that is pretty good. It may not be open to the public or those unable to pay $10 million USD...
