I have to admit I just now looked at the OP's profile. I remember having some sort of communication with her at some point in my time here. They are the same photos that have been there for years so I questioned the....validity of them representing the actual creator of the profile. Even so, the breasts remind me too much of my own, which are too large and pendulous for my own preference. Hers appear to already be augmented and, to me, too large for her frame. Just not my cuppa....not hot or sexy.

Why on earth she would want them larger is beyond me.

I know the OP started this last year, but I had to look up "polypropylene string breast implants":

Polypropylene breast implants, also known as string breast implants, are a form of breast implant using polypropylene developed by Dr. Gerald W. Johnson. Due to a number of medical complications, the device has been banned in the European Union and United States. Polypropylene implants absorb water very slowly, about <0.01% in 24 hours, (Boedeker Plastics website). The polypropylene, which is yarn-like, causes irritation to the implant pocket which causes the production of serum which fills the implant pocket on a continual basis. This causes continuous expansion of the breast after surgery. Growth can only be alleviated by removal of serum by syringe. Problems can also arise if the breasts enlarge at different rates. This can be corrected by removal of serum or introduction of sterile saline. Continual breast growth will eventually result in "extreme, almost cartoonish breast sizes." String implants were only available for a very short time before being removed from the market by the FDA around 2001. Polypropylene implants have created the largest recorded increases in breast size due to surgical augmentation.

Does anyone have knowledge of any clinics in Mexico doing polypropoline string breast implants?

No, I do not.

It just hurts to look at it, to be honest.

I completely agree!!!

I suffered from engorgement after the birth of my first (and would have after my subsequent children were born had I not taken steps to avoid it), and I can tell you it was the most painful experience.  Seeing photos like these just makes me wince and shudder.

I am a large-breasted woman who had a reduction and I'm still larger than "normal". I won't have it done again though. One good thing about the reduction is that they had been very pendulous and for several years after tended to stand at attention (if you all know what I mean). Unfortunately, gravity has a way of playing with us all and a good support bra is still needed. Another good thing about my reduction is I was able to accept my body as it was almost naturally afterward.

I don't understand women who want the boobs to be bigger and bigger. There comes a point, like in the above photos, where it just becomes gross and disgusting. Any woman who wants to go above a C or D cup needs extensive counseling, IMO.

I agree completely, I was thinking about breast reduction a few times but decided I won't like to have a bit sliced out of me, it's a hell lot of work fighting gravity and when they start sagging, I think then I'll go for a lift and reduction, they don't bother me enough to have a (still) rather risky surgery. It's not even the problem that they are that big, but that I have a small rib cage, if I was a 38" underbust I'd get away with a D cup, since I'm only a 32 I need F to G (which is hell to find), why anybody would want that strain on the back (and the resulting back pain) is beyond me, though people have told me that silicon inlays are lighter than real breast tissue, though this whole Barbie look with breasts that are grossly out of proportion just looks weird to me.

I looked at her profile pics.  She is already fully feminine and sexy at her current size.  Perhaps even a little large, even.

That was my thought: she's already got a full house on the upper balcony. Any more, and she'd be breaking fire regulations.

I am a 38D and feel enormous. I cannot imagine choosing to be deliberately out of proportion. I miss being a 36B!
