Dear Ladies and Gentlemen on Collar Me;
I am from northern Virginia, been in the lifestyle for a while. I come from an antiquated system, where there were only two dominant titles, Master or Mistress and one submissive title which was slave. In this antiquated system it was required to be slave before phasing into the “master in training” status and earning one’s title, which was celebrated by an investiture of vest and cover.
I am currently holding status with Master Tallen’s Leather Corps; Honor Legion at the rank of Major. I will note, that Master Tallen and his slave Andrew are the creators of the Master/slave and or Dominant/submissive flag, introduced at the Master/slave conference in Washington, DC in 2005.
I am also a member of CUFF, a BDSM support and education group in Charlottesville, Virginia; to which I will add are as giving as one will ever find. I allowed my membership to lapse with WHIP; a group in West Virginia and other groups; as my duties as daughter, to take care of an elderly parents and recently one parent passed, leaving me to attend the needs of the sirviving spouse.
I am currently holding the status with Master Taino’s Training Academy as faculty. I handle mainly the spanking, paddling and caning workshops. I will add, that Master Taino is Producer of the Master-slave conferences in Washington, DC. This year’s Master-slave conference will be held in July.
I have mentored for many years, in addition in giving presentations, demonstrations, workshops and discussions; to groups and individuals. I am proud to say, that some of my former students now give presentations, demonstrations and workshops.
I have also been an invited presenter to Mr. American Leather; Master Jose` Alberto Ucles’ Leather Balls and Leather Dances, to which I proffered for the assembly, the Florentine flogging, caning and single tails in the 1990s.
I also was voted unanimously to a Gay Leather organization, as the first woman to be an associate member of The Tridents, an International Leather Group --Baltimore, Maryland Chapter.
I am also a member of The Crucible; a BDSM club in Washington, DC and deemed by many as to be a wonderful dungeon for members and open to the public on many occasions.
My favorite areas to address to groups are; flogging, caning, single tails; how positions and techniques can aid or hinder both the Master/Mistress-slave, dealing with disabilities/injuries and still enjoy the corporal arts. I also enjoy adding a bit of history as to the origins and or philosophies of rituals, customs, ceremonies and protocols. I have presented in other areas, to include service, interrogations, collaring and un-collaring and a variety of other topics.
I am the author of “The Manual - How you give service,” US Library of Congress; Certification and Registered; Txu-828-635 (1997) as well as “The Art and Styles of Caning,” to which browsers should pull under Lady Hugs Caning. Due to the size, it is in two parts but, really is one written work. I have penned other works however, they have been for presentation handouts. They are covering the topics of; Silent Service -a look into four foundations of the lifestyle in general all borrow from; Spanking, Paddling, Caning, Whip Tips, Scents (How it applies to BDSM); Outline to Domestic Service and several others.
Outside of the scene, I rode and drove horses for years; taught horseback riding and driving horses, having a gentleman from England come to Virginia as to take lessons in driving in the show ring as well as on the road. I enjoyed Dressage, Hunter, Jumper, Western Riding (which is in my opinion higher level than Grand Prix Dressage); Equitation both English, English side saddle and Western. Enjoyed roping cattle, penning, trick riding and did some competition target whip cracking in the “Western/Rodeo” arenas. I enjoyed owning breeds of horses such as American Quarter Horses, Appaloosas, Thoroughbreds and Grade Horses. I also enjoyed riding/driving other's Morgan Horses, Arabians, Half-Arabians, Five Gaited and Three Gaited horses, Park Horses, Quarter Horses, Welsh Cobs, Belgium Draft horses as well.
I also enjoy history, architecture, art, classical and baroque music.
I am of the belief that the title of Lady is more than a title but, a state of behavior.
