I have already gone through the help section and also sent a request through the help function on the site. That aside, perhaps some of you have experienced my problem.

I have tried three times now to set up a couples profile. The same thing has happened each time, and it wasn't till the third time why I realized we never had so much as a view of the profile, which is very odd.

What happens is, I make the profile. If you do a search and the profile is in the search parameters, or you actually type in the profile on the search function, it comes up on the list. But when you click the "view profile" tab, a message pops up that says, "Profile not found." I can edit the profile, add pictures, etc. however while in the edit function, there is also a "view profile" tab to let you see what your own looks like, and again, it comes up "Profile not found."

Has anyone experienced this with any of their profiles, and if so, what was done to get it fixed? I'm still waiting on a reply from CM right now, but in the mean time, maybe the community may be of assistance.

Yup, been asked a number of times.

Go to the very very very bottom of the home page (via the slider) and click on support.

I clicked on your avatar and you popped up.

I typed your name in the search function and you popped up.
When I clicked view full profile, voila: you were there.

No issue for me.

But I think he or she is trying to make a couples profile (which they haven't named) which is the ones not showing up.

The problem isn't this profile, it's our couple profile.
