Effective nutrition, or Anything only works when the system works. That's why it is so important to understand the "mineral signature" each of us required to remain healthy. Because of my past illness I did shutup about the subject, but now that has changed. I believe that what almost killed me would've killed most people. I did not generate this theory, those around me did, and it is substantiated by other facts, actually problems I DON'T have. You want a quote - quote me. I assert that near half of diseases humans suffer are caused by mineral deficiencies. After over a decade of research I find the subject is a bit more complex than I had imagined. These basic, irreplacable and essential elements work together. For example the calcified deposits that give trouble to some organs is not there because there is too much calcium in the system, it is because there is a deficiency of those other nutrients the calcium need, with which to combine and do what it is supposd to do. That is only one example. Part of the biigger picture is one of the major problems with society theses days. Specialization. Try to find a GP lately ? They prcticallyu don't exist. I remember as a kid a doctor near Grandma's house had his office at home. Of course he had to book time at the local hospital for surgeries, but his office was within walking distance, and I mean without crossing any major roads. Literally if someone fell down, the other kids could throw the carcass in a little red wagon and drag him down there. The information on this is vast, and you have to know what to look for. I've got about 12 years into it. Even though I got ill last year or so, I stand by what I've discovered and my conclusions. I also know now what age does, and there are other complications. Malabsorption is afoot, and I've also discovered that some people seem to be allergic to certain minerals. Really, a few times people tell me what all they are allergic to, and I find all on the list have something in common, and the deficiency of that something is related to certain diseases in one way or another. I found the subject fascinating and, I suspect useful. Others don't seem to share interest. That's OK, they'll be interested when their hair and teeth start falling out. YES - I am asserting that miunerals and what we call againg are closely related. I have proof for those who wish to know, my own proof, not a link. Just some simple and well known facts that are easy to verify, that when put together a certain way reek of proof. I don't believe everything, but a bunch of it has to be true. Enough for now T
