When my last relationship ended I was totally distraught.. We were together for over two years, known each other for almost 10.

I completely agree with everyone else’s suggestions so far, the only thing that I would add to it is blocking him..

If you friends on facebook, myspace, CM or whatever then block and ignore him. Until you get to the point where you feel better about the situation seeing his name/pic/whatever will only hurt you and keep you from moving on. Don't stress yourself over what he is doing, everyone deals with a break up differently. And at this point he probably isn't dealing with it, but don't speculate. Just get up each day and DO something.

Indeed so.

And the more you don't want to/don't feel like it, the more you should try to. If that makes any sense.

Makes perfect sense to me, I've been down that road before.. There were days I didn't want to get out of bed, but after I got up and got moving I felt 100% better. Push yourself hard because in the end you are the only person responsible for your happiness.

Exactly right, in my opinion at least.
