It depends on the type of paper.
Thinner paper: 2oz, regular stock paper probably 3.

Typical 20 lb. paper (copier paper) is 5 sheets to the ounce (including envelope). Two stamps would actually be excessive postage. It would more likely be around $0.65 for the 7 sheets.

If you have bond paper (commonly has a watermark) which is used for formal letters, etc. is 4 sheets to the ounce (including envelope) and is generally 24 lb. paper.

3 pages of the lighter paper.
