I just got a new computer and can't access chat rooms. I downloaded java but still no good. I need help!

Based on the forum you chose for this, I can't help but wonder if the reason you cannot get into the chatrooms is stupidity.

SireandMaster...I noticed that this was your first post so...welcome to the message boards, lol. Maybe you should have asked about this problem while saying hello in the introduction area.

I haven't been able to get into any of the chatrooms since around April, and this past month the chatroom within the mail room won't work for me. I am on an ancient computer though, a WindowsMe, and it refuses to download stuff from internet sites like that new version of Adobe Flash Player.

I hope the link that poise gave you solves your problem, if not, at the bottom of every page is a Support button. Have patience, it often takes a few days to a week.

You need the latest version of flash player now, it USED to run on java.
