FR Perhaps I was a bit more than optimally toungue in cheek before. It's just that I find it so utterly ridiculous. On the other hand, I don't think such a suspension is a badge of shame. Really, I would take the notice and frame it, hang it on the wall. Like some people would a speeding ticket over like 120MPH. There are people like that. Well maybe I know different people or something. I could see at college admissions "I see you were suspended once.......". After the details emerged I'd be tempted to let the kid in. Hell maybe even steer him to the "good" frat. I'd get a laugh out of it, although maybe the world is too full of fuddyduddies for that. Probably ask him "What, your car broke down ? Lost your bus pass ? Flat tire ?". What is this the sequel to "Mary Had A Little Lamb" ? I know it's bad, but think if this would've happened in Singapore for example, where you could get thrown in jail for spitting on the sidewalk. Pricks over there don't even provide public spitoons I bet. Welcome to Earth, third rock from the sun. Brought to you by the people who invented pay toilets. T
