Surely it depends on the individual in question? If the individual is from an obscure southern equatorial country, and has had previous employ as the executor of a deceased princes Last Will and Testament, then I would imagine that they would be viewed negativly. Then again, how do you mean a free ride? Surely there is a great responsibility on the submissives behalf to inform various governmental bodies (assuming they are from a More Economicly Developed Country). Let alone the social and family arrangements needed for the submissive to leave thier life behind. To answer the question, do we aggrevate, balance or otherwise respond to it. I'd say that the majority who are present on this site and others like it, and capable of relocating a submissive of any caliber, would also be wary of the kind of individual I mentioned at the start. Any who do want a submissive to move and join them, would expect the submissive to follow the correct procedures I imagine. After all, surely the Dominant wouldn't want to have to deal with national or international agencies?
