Been sitting and considering how some individuals; in this case slaves; want that free ride from Country A to Country B. From your view how does the S&M community effect this discussion? Do we aggravate it; do we put a balance on it; or do something else to this subject?

i dont see how the numbers can crunch too heavily - compared, lets say to the number of people heading for the UK from the eastern european block (of which there are countless thousands).

out of all the subs all around the world they can only make up a small percentage of the overall human population and of those only a few are able or willing to emmigrate.

if you mean, those who wish to flock over from Nigeria then i dont really see that as a serious proposition, since the vast majority are just looking for a ticket few are likely to be stupid enough to provide.

Surely it depends on the individual in question? If the individual is from an obscure southern equatorial country, and has had previous employ as the executor of a deceased princes Last Will and Testament, then I would imagine that they would be viewed negativly. Then again, how do you mean a free ride? Surely there is a great responsibility on the submissives behalf to inform various governmental bodies (assuming they are from a More Economicly Developed Country). Let alone the social and family arrangements needed for the submissive to leave thier life behind.

To answer the question, do we aggrevate, balance or otherwise respond to it. I'd say that the majority who are present on this site and others like it, and capable of relocating a submissive of any caliber, would also be wary of the kind of individual I mentioned at the start. Any who do want a submissive to move and join them, would expect the submissive to follow the correct procedures I imagine. After all, surely the Dominant wouldn't want to have to deal with national or international agencies?

illegal immigration in any form is illegal and not worth the discussion in my book. my family had to enter this country legally. we followed the laws to get here, assimilated, got our citizenship and have been law abiding members of society. i don't give a damn what their excuse is, get here legally or be gone. i've been approached on other sites by foreigners pledging their eternal devotion and slavery in return for entry into this country and told them to get lost! not happening, no way, no how! i think other countries have it right, enter illegally and they send you back, if you're lucky, at gunpoint. others send you back in a body bag.

None of the above.

The S&M 'community' is not a community in any sense that would allow it to affect (not 'effect'; you made my grammar nazi rear its head, there) the behavior of a slave trade. The 'communities' that affect it would be ones that have means, opportunity and motive to truly enslave people from other countries; and those communities would do so with or without the approval of a loosely affiliated group of philosophers of sexuality.
