Some billionaire needs to put a $100 bounty on arrests of illegal aliens. And/or we just all need to start making citizens arrests sans bounty.

Sure. Make them produce info on their employers as a condition of bail. Give them part of the anticipated fines if they can prove their employer knew they were illegal. Make it worth their while.

Although I have already considerd this scenario..... 1. Find a suitable legal eagle in Cali. 2. Perform citizens arrest of Nicki whats her name.
