Alright, so i have seen that the mail and Journal interface was completly changed. Evolution is good etc.
BUT, and there is a big butttttttt. It doesn't work.......

If i select the text i'm writing and change it to the Georgia lettertype, all done and click on save.....And look back at the text in the Journal....it didn't change too for example the Georgia lettertype -_-  Makes me wanna throw this freakin screen out of the window.

Also, when i mail something, the receiver is getting some weird codes in my mail. Like   :  It was a nice <.)span>> day   
whats that about?
Can it be fixed, can i fix it myself? If so ,tell me how etc, the steps...
If i can find this topic back (since its the first time i use this) ill check back on it.

VAA, at my normal rate of ten conquests per day, this could have a serious impact on the happiness of the collarme wimmins. And mine too of course.

Is there a separate problem for Firefox users???
My mail is still all screwed up.  The inbox writing box is not separate from the header, the font is too big to read it all and it won't scroll down.  The only way I can see the message is to hit "reply to".   And I can't "view sender's profile" from the inbox anymore.   If this is the new interface, it's yucky.  Please put it back to what it was before.

I use firefox a lot of the time and haven't had a problem. You might want to give support a heads up on what you are experiencing.

Thank you lockit, I will.   It only just happened in this last couple days so I did a search in the threads to see if it was a common problem.  Didn't know if it was just me and Firefox not getting along or if it was CM doing weird things.

I think it's just you, littlebitxxx. I use FF all the time and haven't had a problem.

I had made some adjustments to my profile last night while using Firefox and had the
font issues you described littlebit. I then looked at it using IE, my usual browser, and
all looked normal again. (or as normal as my profile can be[:D])
Also, I think I read where some people no longer have the spell check thingy, but I cant
remember if it was FF related or IE..or just simply CM taking it away.

IF you put an add on like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/downloads/latest/3497/addon-3497-latest.xpi I think you can then use spell check. ( I have not tested it.)

Hmm. There should be no need to install an add-on to get spellchecking in Firefox unless you don't like the built-in dictionary. But the new editor is currently (mis)configured to disable the spellchecker by default - it sets the HTML spellcheck attribute that Firefox recognizes to false. You can manually override this by right-clicking in the text input area and selecting "Check Spelling."

To Admins: For a more permanent fix, I think the tinyMCE.init call should probably be changed as shown below to add the gecko_spellcheck parameter mentioned in this documentation, i.e.:

        mode : "textareas",
	editor_selector : "mceEditor",
	theme : "advanced",
	…
        gecko_spellcheck : true
	
});
