so its supposed to be pouring down rain tomorrow and its not freezing so i'm going to be doing a photoshoot while i have the opportunity. I really want it natural, stripped down, and raw looking as much as possible without being naked or even semi-naked, but i want to make it clear that its raining. i plan on shooting in a park, so that's why i can't be in my birthday suit that so many of you seem to enjoy.

Any suggestions?

A white t-shirt always looks good. Also consider some plastic, like a rain coat, partially opened. Running makeup. Umbrellas, even a broken old one would make for fun props. Evening wear, like from a second hand store, wet satin, drooping lace.

Oh I can think of loads of fun things to do in the rain!! Could be some spectacular black and whites!

drenching rain all day with some flooding.   They often say flooding.  It feels like a weather system.

I doubt we will have a flood here.    low lieing areas will get water....

Sounds neat your pics idea.

:-)

* If the photographer is under an awning, shooting beyond the awning, you might see more rain in a picture.

* Standing near a fountain, you might catch the ripples of the rain fall.

Good luck. It's not only supposed to rain tomorrow but it's supposed to be a torrential downpour. I can't imagine the camera catching much other than the rain.

Seriously, the main effect the rain will have is on your hair.  I find wet hair sexy.  So my vote is for something showing a mass of sopping hair cascading down.  Especially with a contrast between that and your skin, so show bare arms and neck.  (Your face is a given.)

Take care that you don't stay out too long and catch a cold.  No reason to suffer for your art.

Good and sweet advice.
