For over a week, actually more like two or three
I have been having issues logging out.
I've hit the log out button, it says that I'm logged out, but I am not. The main CM window is open and I am able to hit any tab still.
I have hit the button many many times to try to log out. I have closed the window, and reopened it and I am still logged in.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue ?
Appreciated the response, in advance.

Have you cleared your cache? Turned off and emptied cookies and so on?

Close the browser and open windows explorer (right click start and hit explore)

My computer, you'll see the drive(s). Usually under C: is documents and settings. Open that up and find your username. Under that will be cookies somewhere. Open that and somewhere in there is cookies. One of them will say collarme.com, Delete that one. Next time you come here you will have to log in. Otherwise it is automatic.

Once you find it, you can setup a shortcut to that folder and get to it easily. Just remember to purge it from the recycle bin if you don't have total control over physical access to the computer.

Clearing the cache won't work, and if you delete all cookies you'll have to relog in at every site you need a password for. Unless that's what you want.

It never hurts people to do a wholesale clear every once in a while. We wind up otherwise with cookies from all kinds of sites cluttering up our computers. The ten or so you need daily won't take but a minute to re-enter.

Des, true. But there is a hubub around about ISPs starting to charge per byte downloaded. If you keep visiting the same sites, that may change. If the browser can get half of the page from the cache instead of downloading it every day, it may become an issue of money. Right now usually it is unlimited, so with decent high speed you don't even need a cache.

BTW, you can NEVER clear the cache without a total format and reload. If you want proof, just say so.
