sockless74 -> Hello, sort of new to collar me (9/17/2010 8:40:05 PM)

Hello, learned about this site and joined a while ago, but never did much with my account until now. I have been interested in bondage and the dom/sub realationship for many years. I mostly enjoy confinment in small enclosed spaces like closets, chests, etc. I am currently looking for a female to become my online slave/sub. I have all the information posted in my profile. Is there a place on these forums to post ads that I am looking for a slave/sub? What is the best way to find some one interested on this site?

Welcome to the forums.  There's no a-b-c way to find a sub.  It's all hard work and a lot of effort.  And since you're only looking for online, because your SO won't participate, then it's gonna take even longer.  Most women want real life and also not someone who's willing to lie.  Honesty is a must with most subs.  And how can they know you're being honest with them when you can't even be honest with your SO?  I'm gathering, that, as usual, your female partner doesn't know you're doing this.

So take a number, the line forms to the left and don't expect women to be jumping at the chance to be someone's cam subbie.  It's a very rare occurence for obvious reasons.  [8|]

ETA:  No, there's no place to "post" an ad, this is the forums for one.  The only way is to slog thru the profiles on the other side, send cmails to those you think might be attracted to such a proposal, and be prepared for a lot of rejection.  And no coming back on this side to post about the fakes and the scammers, you get what you ask for.

That is the same conclusion I had arrived at, but was hoping that there was a better way than just going through profiles, oh well, thanks for he reply though.

And keep tweaking your profile as you think of new things to write, and be nice in the emails, show some effort. And be over the moon when a sub actually emails you first!

I always try and reply to all emails from the genuine folks, eventually word my get round that you are a decent person, assuming you are of course ;)

So far I have had 2 messages, one from a spambot and one from some one selling BDSM stuff, hopefully I'll get to talk to some real people some day, lol. Thanks for the tips though.

I think we all get that email trying to sell us stuff. You would think the website owners would block that person as it does paint a bad image to newbies. Makes you think all emails will be spam.

But there have also been some funny and genuine emails from real people so i'm not disillusioned with it all yet.

I've seen it written lots here that it's hard work but can be worth the effort.

Best of luck finding your sub...if she has an English sister let me know..lol

O, and comingout it's not polite to hijack someone's intro thread.  Start your own.
