I tried yesterday, to give the little grocery store another try. I would love to be able to go there, because it is actually closer, I can walk, it's like 6 blocks away. The problem is the loaf of bread I bought was expired. I bought a two liter there about a year ago, and didn't check the expiration date, and it was expired. I did check that this time, but didn't think to check the bread. So, I have to drive all the way across town, (not walking distance), to go to Aldi's, Wal-Mart, or Schnucks, because I don't want to check the expiration dates on everything, and it makes we wonder what else might be happening if they can't keep old bread off the shelf. So, if they go out of business, it will be there own fault, as I'd gladly have spent most of my grocery money there, but now, they will get little to none. I'm sure I'm not the only one that doesn't go there because of that. Anyway, I might give them another chance a year from now.
