Greetings to all--
Not new to the lifestyle but new to this site--encouraged to visit here by a Head of Household that I currently serve on a somewhat regular basis. It's remarkably hard being single at 40 (divorced for three years now)....and I'm FTM transgendered. (10 years)....and I'm into the BDSM lifestyle (good gracious--almost 20 years. how did that happen?) So it sort of seems like the trifecta recipe of "how to be single for the rest of one's life"- I figure time to get out there and try to go to places where at least one or two of those things aren't so frightening to people.
The leather community was always a place where I found support and formed my closest friendships--so I'm hoping, as I start my life over at 40, that I'll be able to connect with people here. I've always disliked the internet and used to find my partners the "old fashioned" way, but it seems like this is how most people find one another, so hope springs eternal.
