Long time site member, but just finally getting around to posting on the forums.
I guess this is where I rattle off about me. Inform the people about my skills, knowledge base and such so that people can look back to see what I know and then promptly ignore it because of my age or lack of high post count. :-P
I have a martial arts background. SPecifically grappling. Seven years of folk style wrestling, four years of submission grappling and one year of brazilian jiu-jitsu along with a year and a half of muay thai and a smattering of other styles.
I was in the Air Force for six years as an Infrastructure Specialist and supervisor. So computers, networks, infrastructure, installation, troubleshooting and such are a strong knowledge base.
I have been trained in troubleshooting and critical thinking from a young age so even on topics that I may not be an expert in I can still find potential problems and solutions.
I am also regaining fluency in Japanese and beginning to learn French.
I am not sure what else to write. I look forward to posting and hope things go well on the forums.
Also if you don't like my opinion on something...well tough. I really don't care. I don't go out of my way to offend people, but I won't tiptoe around sensitive people either.
