One note on saline injections is to be cautious in their use with people that have high blood pressure, diabeties and/or heart or thyroid conditions. The release of the saline into the system as the solution in absorbed can cause serious complications.

that's a really good point to touch upon. i was assuming that people know the health issues of their bottom in regards to the hypertension and sodium intake or whatever.. but you can never assume or take for granted that someone would automatically correlate or equate the two and forgo the procedure were that the case.

before i engage in medplay with someone i always have them get recent physical exams so we're always kept abreast of any health issues or concerns..

thanks for bringing that up...
