What's the issue? The piece of garbage is gone with minimal taxpayer expense.

Yeah, Shar...gotta agree with Steven here.....the guy was guilty, was looking at a death penalty sentence, and you know how long those drag out before actually getting carried out.  Justice was done, ironically in this case, but at least he's saved the taxpayers of Massachusettes a whole shitload of money!

Too bad there aren't more of these death row inmates doing this......

I'm all for fiscal responsibility, but wouldn't it have been nice to know without a doubt via a trial that he was in fact guilty? You know, innocent 'til proven guilty? I'm funny that way.

Legally speaking wasn't this an accused killer commiting suicide?

ETA: If indeed he was guilty, justice was served.

With hlen here.

He was not found guilty. No matter how much evidence there was against him, he plead Not Guilty and because of that he is Innocent until proven Guilty. My Consern is that the family may never know for sure if he was the man responsibile.

That was what I was looking for...now the family of the slain woman will not find justice and not able to heal that hole.

There will be an investigation into his suicide.

I agree the family deserves to know.
