I mean think about it your life is more stored in computers and computer files than it is on paper or any other medium.

I don't think of myself as having enemies. My ex husband, however, was a sonofabitch, and I did at one point consider being vindictive, considering what he put me through. I have his social, his address, his account numbers, etc. But when I thought about it for more than 10 seconds, I realized:

Seriously, I spent a lot of effort reshaping my thoughts to be more positive, kind, and peaceful. I want goodness in my life, not meanness. And by behaving in a way that went against my own values, I wouldn't be doing myself any favors.

Plus, he didn't need me to crumble him. He did it all on his own. Maybe if he focuses on being more positive, he can turn his life around, too.

Yeah- I see this all the time.

When someone is reckless- they crash themself. Even if you do not know the full details- it eventually happens as a natural current- or force.

smiles....hmmmm it is late here so my brain is struggling a little linguistically but my feeling is that it would have been a theoretical question if he had an outcome that he was testing eg. do you think that hacking the computer of your sworn enemy will make you feel better? as opposed to what his OP asked which was would you blah blah blah.

Damn this sounds geeky, but I know I’m not because of my AQ score...lol, I had a boss who loved to play a digital golf game . He would brag that he was the top score and no one could beat him. We would come to work on weekends and just play and I never could beat him…Sooo… at the time I was dabbling in assembly language and managed to break the code of the game which was included on the disk because it was an experimental version his friends company was developing.

I had no idea what I was doing but I did find the area of the program that stored scores. I wrote a simple subroutine that would add one point over his score to mine the next time the program was opened.

It drove him crazy for weeks that he could not beat my score….until I finally told him what I did. Dumb I know but it was fun watching him.

That kind of anger is exhausting. It consumes you, ruining everything that's good in your life. It's much better to let it go, if you can. It's much better not to dwell on rage. You end up hurting yourself more than the other person. Spoken from personal experience.
