Damn. Lemmy has some big ears. Anytime I find myself even remotely considering a tattoo I tune in an episode of "LA Ink". Turns me off to the idea straight up.

Her group seems to do a helluva lot better job than most of what I see in online galleries for local shops. There is a lot of horrendous work. The one Im getting is pretty simple and other than choosing a lettering style doesnt need any art work. The only reason Id stay away from her or Six Feet Under would be the price that their celebrity most likely brings.

Kat Von D is my hero! She's a ditzy little shop owner, but her artwork is pretty unique. I think she's a talented tattoo'r, not so much a business person. I'd hit it.

Actually, the show is a dramatic creation with most of the "Shop Managers" being people that the SHOW Hired to make the show more interesting. That Show is keeping her shop open and would never have happened without their platform. Go in the shop without the Camera Crew and all the Bullshit you see in the Show is nowhere to be seen. If I wanted a black and white Protrait of someone tattooed on my body there is no one OTHER than Kat Von D that I would go to..... I have yet to see someone do a Better Portrait than her. The article you gave was fixes she did to existing tattoos and her favorite Famous people she worked on. It did not really show her tattooing abilities. People wanna hear about famous people, that article did not show the guy John who got his Mother tattooed on his back. It lookes like it was Photoshoped from the original on his back it was that good. QSM

Absolutely I would. She is hot, talented, and I love her work. I have some extensive ink on my back and shoulder that I love, so I know for me what I look for in an artist. Kat is a sexy bitch. I would love to have her do me. [;)].

I assume they dont fudge who is actually doing the artwork for dramatic effect.

I don't do tats, I am more of a scar guy, like, when I break bones I need surgery to fix them kind of scars. No tats for this boy. Un-inked, Some Knucklehead in NJ

No but the girl in the article is an idiot. Even on SEVERE PainKillers and Sedatives you do not sleep through a FACE TATTOOING. I think the girl got an Idea in her head and then ran with it and is having buyers remorse. It looks like she is clean otherwise I wonder if this was her First Tattoo. LOL QSM

I agree Greedy. I didn't see anything that impressed me. All or Nothing Tattoo down the road from me does much better work.

LOL QSM Not quite sure...ok I don't have tattoos but considering how well my night meds numbn my nerves and knock me out (I used those meds also after a tooth extraction last year which left a massive hole and the pain was gone in about 10 seconds completely...which was good to be able to work again until....3 minutes later it started to knock me out...) I think there is stuff which could make you so unaware...and heck, maybe she ended up in subspace [8\|] But yes, that girl might be an idiot....but also maybe (apart from her falling asleep according to that article) there was a language problem... Either way, I am glad it isn't my face [&:]
