Do the party goers have to pay to get in?

I used to run a commercial club and I needed a fairly large crew. I worked it into categories of...the set up crew... the dungeon monitors/Masters/Mistresses crew.... The meet and greet crew, the cleaning & cloakroom crew and the take down crew. All of them got in free and were given a guest pass for a friend or partner, all got drink tokens through the night and all got their travel expenses paid. Nobody worked for more than 4 hours.
I always had a quick meeting before the club opened where I would get the team round and get them geed up with enthusiasm and I always emailed every crew member afterward and personally thanked them. I used to also run the occasional private party where only the club crew were invited.

If your not taking money on the door and so can't pay expenses or buy drinks for your crew, I would suggest you give each crew member an extra guest pass and run the odd get together for crew members only.

45% of my crew were submissive and 45% were dominants. I'm not sure what the other 10% were
