Those are incredible pics.  I wish my mom was alive still, cause I know she would love them!  I am going to look at some of the other ones they showed at the bottom later.

What a great post. Shore forwarded this to me because one of the links on the bottom of the page led to a photo that hit extremely close to home emotionally for me.

Awesome photographs! Both of my parents grew up during those times. I am also checking out the Pacific and Adjacent Theaters in World War II since my dad was in Navy during that time, fighting against the Japanese.

Since it is baseball season let me say that when you post
