Just wondering, if you've never eaten much but if you like the food you can just lose yourself in it..I know many ppl know that feeling lol[:)] but then your tummy's like..pretty small or medium..,
but then ..something changes so you start to eat less, how little can you end up needing to eat to get the feeling that you're full??[&:]
I hate when my english fails lol blah I can't possibly put this into words..[>:] but I hope you understand what I'm trying to say/ask[:)]

I have no fucking clue what you're trying to say.
But it's probably just me.  :)

A lot will depend what you did prior to eating. Drinking a glass of water before meals gets you feeling full, faster. Average is eating for 20 mins, regardless of the amount of food you've actually ingested is generally going to be a good guage because that's how long it takes for the food to start hitting your stomach. So, if you eat slowly, you can actually eat less and feel full with less food. If you scarf down fast, you tend to eat more and since it still takes 20 mins or so, you're going to overfill your tank even though you still felt hungry while you were eating.

Wow!  I never knew that!  I always assumed that the food did not have that far to travel and arrived at the proper desitnation pretty quickly.
Now I understand why I ate too much too fast last night when I was too hungry, and then could barely sit up straight because My stomach hurt.
It makes sense though.  I have very bad eating habits, and I also  know that when I have just "something" quick and not too much when I am hungry, it takes a while before the actual hunger pangs are relieved.  The 20 minute rule.
Eat slowly...eat slowly...
My new mantra.

It's not a matter of how far it travels, it's how long you take before it's starts being digested and your body recognizes that fact. :)
