Just curious, whenever you put in a request for support how long does it take to get a response? Does anyone know? People are saying that they can't view my profile on the site but it still shows up on searches and I can get to other profiles and even carry conversations with people via email on the site. One person even told me that when they went to view my profile that it took them to another website entirely. I've sent in two support help tickets but have yet to receive any responses.

Mmmm ok, their is obviously some weird glitch in the database with my account. Their is a post showing that it is saying my account made called "For Bubbles" which I didn't make. I never made it. My post above actually is my first post ever and this one being only my second.

I received one right away, within minutes. However, I don't know if it was an auto-response or not.

Welcome! I searched and came up with a RogueKnight40. (a lot better than For Bubbles, no?[;)]) Strange things are a happening here! I hope they sort you out soon. btw, RogueKnight40 is totally bald,(although very handsome) so Im positive that isnt you.[8D]

I didn't find your profile in search and couldn't get to it by clicking your pic/nick here. If your profile is hidden, you wouldn't find it and you could continue with emails. Go to edit profile and see at the top if your profile is hidden. If it is make it so it isn't hidden. As for someone going to another site... I have no clue. Good luck!

If someone got redirected to another site, that's a problem with their computer. A virus probably. Unfortunately glitches are not that uncommon. The site is free to users which means they don't have the funding to respond quickly. But since you've only made a couple of posts, why not make a new profile in hopes it will be glitch free. Put a line on this one directing people to your new one, hell send all your friends notes saying what the new one is. And yes, great hair.

Haha, well I'm not sure quite what to say. I wasn't expecting the "hair comments". Definitely made me smile that's for sure. After the day I have had I'm not complaining :) I saw the RogueKnight40 but mine was still coming up too, at least when I searched earlier. I just checked and my profile still shows up for me yet I am not on hide either. I'm extremely confused and I can't seem to get a hold of support to get help.
