CT!!! I have missed you..... G'morning all. I wanna complain..that I am getting a case of the really, really saddies. My ex-gf..and my bestest off the boards friend is moving in two weeks. I don't know what I will do with myself. I just sit and cry when I think about it...she has become such a wonderful part of my life. Sorry.. just needed to complain or cry..not sure which.

Thank you, Ariel. I know that many times I have just taken for granted that she would be there, and that is my fault. I know that this will be better for her in the long run. I just hate saying goodbye. Anybody need a sleeping friend??[&o] I hate sleeping alone, I actually don't sleep, I toss and turn....and then just get up.

Flutterbi I do know how hard her leaving is for you. I hate it when friends move away or I move away. We both know your life has been enriched by her. It is okey to feel sad, that is your right as her friend and ex-partner. As per a post by IB...sometimes its good to have a full day or two to wallow. You know I love ya. Ariel: If you need help figuring the dynamics of the forums please let me know I woud be glad to walk you though anything you havent figured out on your own yet.

Haveing done the moving thing 2 times in the past few years, picking up and leaving everynoe I cared about behind... I know its hard. At least, if you think about it, its far easier to stay in touch now than it has ever been. I stil have close friends back home in NY whom I talk to that I havent seen for years. Its not impossible, just take s alot of geting used to. As for my complaint... I want to complain that there is almost NO ONE in my area to spend time with, to get to know, and to make friends with. Las Vegas is so far one of the most antisocial areas I have ever lived and its killing me! Lack of subs aside, it would be nice just to ahve some social interaction outside of my little group of 3 or 4 friends. sigh DV

Thank you Sage and Red... I appreciate it very much. It's just one of those cases..where you still love someone..but you can't be with them anymore in the same way. We are on different paths, and nothing can be done about that. She wants what I can't give her, and vice versa..... so we would never be truely happy...someone would have to compromise their own for a while..then both would be miserable. I guess this is a classic case of... "Loving someone enough to let them go" and we both do.
