theres no question now that these are man-made, but im just so amazed by the detail and intricacy.  these people work through the night to get these things done.

its gone from a prank about 20 or so years ago to an art form all its own.

Looks like a team of 25 people at least to get this done in 2-3 hours.

Nope - nope - don't believe that men did those - i believe little aliens came down, and did them to baffle and mystify mankind - and it worked!   I am mystified, awestruck and confused.

.... of course, i was that way before i saw crop circles ..........

I agree.  This is similar to graffiti.  Graffiti costs money for the owner of the building or car or whatever to remove.  Crop circles take away someone's livelihood.   Crop circles are not pranks.  They are destruction no matter how pretty they look.

One of the crop circles that appeared in a field in the past, the farmer charged people to walk over his crop to feel the energies in the crop design. Quite simply the farmer saw a way of making money, which might have been worth more than the actual crop given the problems farmers face with selling the stuff they grow.

But the intricate designs and the organisation needed is fantastic, perhaps with that level of people skills they might find worthwhile employment in sorting out the public system we have to govern people as most of that is incompetant.

But crop cicles do happen naturally as does ice circles and other things, usually caused by the wind and how it spirals over large expanses, mini tornado's, dust devils perhaps.

Some of the designs are very intricate. They must have been designed by an artist/designer of some type. Then there has to be 25 or nore people working under cover of darkness. Then they must have time on their hands. Uni students I'm thinking. I am guessing that they appear close to universities, or cities, or perhaps places where folks like to camp.

What time of year do they usually appear ? Looks like August/September. Universities usually start the year in September. So these probably occur Aug/early Sept. I am going for students.

It's likely based on a picture of one of the culprits too.
