This also raises another question. With the virtual omni-presence of vidio cams in convenience stores, gas stations and restaurants it would seem a question of selective enforcement if they go after this guy and not all of the gazillions of vidio camera operators in the state who photo anything in their view. Cop walks into a donut shop for a cup of joe and a sinker and he arrests the guy for taking a video without permission...it would seem that public domaine would get this thrown out before it goes to trial but who knows the cops do pretty much as they choose.
Yup. Everywhere you go- you are filmed. So we cant have it both ways.
