She was not driving, but she was drunk, she died when we were both 16. Lindsay Lohan got busted ONCE in a DUI... she has not been arrested for a second. She has apparently not complied with the judge, for this she will spend 2 weeks in jail, which is what anyone else would spend in her circumstance, I think this is fair. She is signed up for 3 months of rehab, voluntary, I hope she completes it... Robert Downey Junior had substance abuse problems, I hope LiLo follows his example

even one dui is unacceptable. period. i suffer a lifetime of pain thanks to some asshat who was so drunk he didn't realize he'd hit someone so hard his engine was in the front seat next to him. there is no excuse for that kind of behavior from anyone, and a supposed star should be held to even higher standards, especially one so many young people admire.

i gotta agree, Bored. if you want to be a drunk, stay at home and do it. i could care less. when it involves others then its time the judicial system gets involved. she has the choice of getting drunk. she made the choice of driving. thankfully she didnt kill anyone. and on top of all that she had cocaine in her possession. enough is enough. someone needs to help this child straighten up. and if you believe 25 days in seclusion in a jail cell, seperated from other inmates, is a harsh sentence, tell that to the mothers, fathers and children who have lost loved ones to a drunk driver.
