I have no idea what items he already has in his sissy wardrobe, but the first step I take with a sub who's fond of CD is to send him shopping at the local department store.
I take his measurements in advance so that I can send him to the appropriate size rack, and I tell him to go pick out something simple, perhaps a teddy, and a pair of inexpensive high heeled shoes in the Ladies Dept. The only thing I insist on is that they either match or compliment in color.
He is to bring them to me, knowing full well he'll have to wear them, and he's directed to have already shaved his entire body, every wisp of hair, arms legs, balls, everywhere. (Yes, I know it'll itch later, heh heh heh)...
Once that's done, he's directed to meet Me and bring his 'pretties'. I direct him to undress, set aside his 'manthings' and then put on his 'pretties' for Me. I might hand him a raincoat and tell him to follow Me and we may go shopping at some department store nearby.
That's where I start.
The rest generally follows as I'm inspired or inclined to experiment with until we both discover together what his limits are.
