This is no lie... I have eased migraines with orgasms... it’s hard because when one is in that much pain and feeling that sick, ones first impulse is not to masturbate, but to crawl into a hole, preferably a very dark, quiet one. But, as silly as it sounds, I force myself to and it always takes enough edge off the pain so that I can get some rest. There is no medication I have found that works as fast, so I have found that adding this too the medication takes enough of the pain away so that I can rest and allow the medication to really do its thing. Lesser headaches are nearly completely gone by doing the same usually without the need of putting chemicals into my body.
I find it also lifts my mood if I’m falling into a depression and helps me sleep when insomnia is calling.
I actually read an article on a magazine (I can't remember off the top of my head at the moment, which) that said an orgasm a day makes for a much healthier person both physical and mentally.
However, it is, for some reason, people’s default, to deny that they do it. For some reason people think this is something to be embarrassed by, a dirty little secret, and no, I dont talk about it in general. But the truth is I think nearly everyone does it every now and then.
I don't do it a lot. I can go weeks, or months without thinking about it especially when I’m really busy. But I won’t deny that I do it.
