You've got a really pleasant and interesting face; you look like a really nice guy. I'd suggest finding a photo that looks more relaxed and casual, doing something fun. Something that shows the "nice guy" in you. If you don't have a photo like that, steal one of Steven's. He's 54 - at his age, it's unlikely he'll even notice it's missing.
And write something about yourself. Anything. As long as it's about who you really are. I know that if you're not used to this sort of thing, everything you write will feel like... well.... like a corny personals ad, but don't worry about it. You can write a different one tomorrow. You'll know when it feels right.
And, last but not least, you'll want to copy and paste the following into your profile. Everyone does it, but none of us really know why. No profile is complete without it.
