I'm new here. I've gotten a few messages, including the liquidation of some dudes massive video stash, and I say things to the chat, and no one says much of anything to me. I'm wondering how helpful this site is to a burgeoning person, when it seems so suspicious as not to respond to a simple "Hello room". I give my own time here about 3 more days. Welcome to me.

Is my lack of definition the key? I'm not so used to having a shopping list and certain qualities vs others, and actually being listened to.... What would you suggest are the major things I should look for?

Hello and welcome!!
If you are going to say what are you looking for, you may want to start saying what you like: control, being controlled, taking pain or giving pain. These are the 4 basics, but in reality these are much more complex, and with time, you will know more, don't hesitate to ask ^_^

Are those the four basics now? Dang, I must have missed that memo.

To J Eder Mann,
Perhaps you might want to tell us things like... oh I don't know...what things you enjoy doing, movies that mean a lot to you, soemthing quirky about you, what brings you satisfaction... show a sense of humor.

If you are only looking for a little hanky spanky, then the advice Andoresu may be ... well heck, even if somebody wants only that, generally they like to know something about the person.
