Small penis humiliation works like any other kind of humiliation. It doesn't necessarily have to be true. It's just a particular area where the bottom wants to feel bad about a physical attribute. It works particularly well for those situations where a male wants to feel inadequate due to the fact that it is a body feature that a male can not change about themselves. It's very effective in cuckholding play or other types where a male wants to feel that his masculinity is diminished.
That's the serious answer. To be quite frank, I had a lot of difficulty taking this question seriously for the very reason that Lockit expressed above. From prior posts, OP, you are supposedly a pro dominant who has been involved in your profession for years, yet you don't know basic information. If you have to pose questions on why humiliation works, you shouldn't be engaging in it in either a professional or personal relationship level.
