Lorilei, I aprenticed in Arizona first at a 4 star, 4 diamond hotel, then I did an aprenticeship in Germany for 2 years. I also worked at a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel on the coast of Geogia where I would recieve tips for a well prepared meal. I then went to work at Walt Disney World in Florida where i would recieve tips often for a well prepared meal or banquet. I was mostly a pastry chef for many years and would recieve tips for preparing special desserts or cakes for guests.
