Hi, I'm not quite sure if this belongs in this forum or not, but I went through the proper steps in order to permanently close my account. However, I logged back in just to make sure it was close and its still here. Is there like some type of grace period you're supposed to wait after you follow the steps in order to be permanently deleted?

There is a button to contact support at the bottom of every profile page. Give it a click and they should be able to help you out.

I'll give it a shot, but I'm kinda hoping there's someone here who knows this answer, I kinda wanna close this account as soon as I can.

They say you have to close it and not log into it again for at least 1 full week......but take it from me....... that doesn't work either.

It works if you use Internet Explorer. Firefox doesn't like the "close account" button. There is indeed a 7 day waiting period.

Clicking on your username produces a "page not found" error. Whatever you did, it seems to have worked.
