Popular country singer, actor and as well as the title of being 'sausage king' passed away last Sunday, June 13 at his home in Virginia at the age of 81.

Jimmy Dean had a career singing country music. He entertained audiences for about three decades until he found his true love, making sausages or other breakfast foods for the people of America.

In 1969, Dean founded the Jimmy Dean Meat Company in his hometown of Plainview, Texas. Dean then sold the company later on at 1984 to concentrate more on his acting career. He was elected into the Country Music Hall of Fame earlier this year. Schedule of his induction would've been October of this year.

I'm surprised he made 81, porking down all that sausage.

Jimmy Dean now ? Eighty three eh ?

I have both versions of Big John. I'll play the uncensored version tomorrow after work at maximum volume in effigy. If you want a funeral pyre I'll forget to turn the amp fan on.

It's amazing at first glance, how many we are losing. Makes me want to say "Kill me, the music will be much better". But that is life.

His music wil live on my harddrive until the day I die, after that I can't say.

There's a pork belly comment in there somewhere.

RIP. I always liked that guy.
