I have been watching The Truman Show, for the second time - hugely distracted by the CM forums, so I missed most this time - and I can report that he escapes. He is now talking to the evil 'creator'.

I loved The Truman Show! I think it has a lot to say about celebrity. The waitresses that are cheering him on to leave are the same ones captivated by his anguish over his "lost love". What does that say about the public that comsumes "celebrity" and sometimes celebrities?

I loved Ed Harris in that movie. Very doable. (Oh heck, he's doable in any movie ... or I expect out of the movies)
