National version, it's mostly a measure of how corrupt the populace percieve their nation to be (you can see the big hit the UK took with the series of scandals towards the end of Labour, I doubt the UK actually suddenly became more corrupt)...but is useful as a rough guide.

Interesting. Well I thought after a closer look that the study is flawed. PA should not be 8th. It should be further down the list.
