I actually hope it doesn't. We're in a tight budget crunch, and need to start cutting expenditures.

What did we lose on Mars? I mean it's cold, rocky and inhabited by little green men. Now if we went back to the Moon and harvested all that cheese, then all our world hunger problems would be solved. That right there is a plan.....mmmmmm, cheeese.
