Wow, talk about misinformation.
"Tea Party" protests, in reference to the Boston Tea Party, sprouted up late 08 and early 09, but the sentiment of anti-taxation has been around for longer. Some sent teabags to Washington in protest. The media picked this up and began calling anyone that was critical of the government a "teabagger", which is sexual slang for "one who puts their balls into someone's mouth". Really clever. Anyway, they continue to use the term, and that's where we are today. It has nothing to do with being anti-gay or stupid. Maybe boi was projecting?
I assure you I am not anti gay or uneducated and have rarely met anyone that fit that discription at a Tea party. I did not think subboi meant that he felt people who attended Tea parties were anti gay or uneducated. Only that it seemed that way from what he had heard; which is how the media portrays us.
