This hit 9.72 on my sarcasm detector. It has been recently calibrated as my internet history can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt.

I caught a guy driving around with a big pink bear in the car. First of all are we sure he didn't kidnap the bear, but even so, it wasn't fair to the bear. He was also doing 26 in a 25 for almost half a minute ! The guy needs his balls cut off, but as I yelled "citizen's arrest ciczen's arrest, the entire police department just laughed and filmed me. I heard some talk of youtube video. Realizing that I had no license, some thirty odd warrats and a kilo in the car I just hopped back in and got out of there. But the level of corruption astounds me.
