On the other hand there ought to be some expectation of privacy. So if I was there would I really want strangers taking pictures of me and posting them everywhere? Hell no, that's why dungeons prohibit cameras and cell phones in playing areas, to protect people's privacy.

You know.. It's hard to get a good picture of a burning man, those flames are too bright for the daytime exposure settings and him flapping his arms about really fucks up the auto focus.
