Are you kidding me? If I can't warn members of this site not to send someone impersonating me money, how do you police it?
I have had to get this person removed five times!!! Obviously someone is not doing their job. Block the damn IP address, hack their page, DO something! I'm tired of it! I'm also tired of getting angry emails from the people who have been scammed and sent money and not received a session with me as I don't live in Jersey OR take sessions or solicit money!

Please don't threaten to remove me, because I haven't done anything wrong! I'm simply telling members here to beware of the asshole who keeps stealing my identity!

They pulled a thread of mine where I was just going to anonymously document my toying with a scammer. I guess they really don't mind them being here.

If you are posting the real or screename of the person in question, then you are violating the terms of service you agreed to when you signed up.  Blacklisting simply isn't allowed.  There is only so much the administration can do.  If it is that bad, then perhaps it is time to contact your local law enforcement.  I don't know what they may be able to do, but the options here are limited.  Have you considered creating a completely new profile?  Sometimes that helps.

Please do not engage in "blacklisting", which is identifying another user that you believe has done something wrong.

Besides, it's obviously a police matter. CM can't deal with fraud and identity theft. She ought to take it to the FBI since it's fraud going across state lines.

This person is now using your pictures in NJ. She wanted me to purchase a moneypak and then send her the identification number. I won't post her name but she is easily identifiable and on site quite often at the moment.

FAST REPLY

I was the one that told you to quit blacklisting that you are moaning about. I will also say, that since the site has in big letters across the top of every email that is opened on this site:

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO OTHER USERS FOR ANY REASON!

they should not be sending YOU money either, so therefore, NOONE can say they were ripped off, no matter which of you they are giving money to.

edited to add: Please do not over dramatize issues either. I did not threaten to remove you. First of all, I DON"T engage in idle threats; I mean what I say; if I would have threatened to remove you, you in all probability would not have started this thread. It was a courteous heads up; the only thing stated was there would be a high possibility of further action if you continued........hmmmmm.

If this happened to me and I felt helpless to do anything about it, I'd also be upset and "bitching", lol.

I hope the clickies the Mod gave are helpful.  I've had posts of mine deleted several years back because I was new to this message board (had only been on two others, both vanilla, before this one) and hadn't read the rules.  I thought common sense courtesy would be enough, but...even while being courteous I messed up.  I've tried to correct that because I like coming here and wouldn't wish to be banned.

It's not easy dealing with angry people who think that you are guilty of something you haven't done.

Good luck with this, you have my sympathy.

Let's be clear about something here.

Section 4.3 of the tos quite clearly states: "You may not use the Website to advertise products or services, nor may You use the Website in order to solicit products or services, unless otherwise permitted by collarme.com."

So unless you are posting in the "professional services" section in the forums-you are in clear violation of the terms of service to begin with.

NONE of you Pro Dommes are allowed to be posting for business directly from your profiles.

Unless all of my support staff is blind, (and since they regularly, unfortunately, have to pull profile wording), it would appear that the term you uttered applies here, dont you think?

Getting money sent from random or targeted users however is not. Please do not presume to speak for the site so definitively please.

I've always been curious as to why these pros are allowed to ply thier trade here. Am I misunderstanding the intent of the Tos then?

But if this IS against tos-are they liable to reporting and having thier profiles deleted?

Just stop crying. Give up being a Domme, become submissive, move your pretty little tits over to my house in Daytona Beach and live life as the my cute submissive sex object. Then no one will impersonate you anymore.

You are soooo cute for whiny biotch.

Most people have the good sense not to send money or personal information to strangers. Even someone that you know well can't always be trusted. It's a sad fact of life but a true one. Scammers are there to scam. Some will think that for a small investment they'll get a large return. Then they get all up in arms when they don't get what they expected. That's called greed, pure and simple.

Website owners, operators or moderators can't be held accountable for the silliness and asshat moments that members bring onto themselves. If it's too good to be true, then most likely it is. I got the same message you did. I knew it was crap and I reported it. Profile was gone in no time. Did I ever think for a minute that I was the "lucky winner of $50,000"?? HELL NO. Did I think it was funny? HELL YES. Did I also know there would be some who would fall for it? Hell yeah, there's always some dingleberry who thinks they can get quick money for nothing. If it was that simple, then I'd be a gazillionaire. I'm not, guess why? Ya don't even need 3 tries since the first 2 don't count.
