Dont judge me because I sin differently than you.
If you want it sugar coated, dont ask me what i think! It would violate TOS.

The Rev. Wallis is not my cup of tea but religion is a very personal choice.

Its bizarre to me that the President should have a pastor and that it should be thought necessary electorally for him to have one and for it to be such an apparently important matter.

Vive la difference I guess; anyone here who aspired to be PM and had a pastor would be looked at askance, regardless of who that pastor might be.

Actually Wallis is good friends with PM Brown.

I have been doing my best to stay away from the imflamatory stuff, hoping that others would do a bit of research into things such as his call for "forced redistribution of wealth."

For the record I have no problem with a political leader having a spiritual advisor or even their choice to not have one.

which only goes to prove that politics is over in this country I guess, religion being the last refuge of the scoundrel and all that.

I have no opinion on the President's personal life. He, unlike a few past leaders, make an attempt to keep his personal life, personal.

Until he blatantly claims he is relying on his spiritual belief to make decisions regarding his job, like his predecessor did........I will continue not caring.

This particular spiritual advisor is also on at least one policy making board, and has from comments by the administration helped to form other policy.

Other than that I agree with you.
