OP - It's a bdsm website with a section for Pro-Dom/me adverts. It's not illegal in most places to be a pro-Dom/me - it's not illegal to advertise those services. Why would you think this is the wrong place to find Pro-Dommes???? edited for clarity

there hasn't been a legal analysis done by any legal scholars attached to higher seats of learning so we don't know legally why it isn't, but it isn't. Why is there gravity? that can be answered easily Why is there not anti-gravity in like measure? that is a ponderous notion to contemplate. Ron

It isnt illegal Why should it be. If you are not interested in their services, then you say no, thank you. If you are, you know where to find them. It is no more or less illegal than door to door sales, cold calling or TV commercials. You arent being forced to accept their offers or take their services, so its just more advertising. DV
